It's sad, as I actually enjoy Gourmet magazine more than most food magazines out there. Maybe Saveur will step up to the plate and get off their 8-issues-a-year kick and go for a normal 12. Every six weeks I get a Saveur and forget I was a subscriber, imagining my subscription had ended weeks ago. I even noticed right away when I didn't get the Robb Report, which at least published on a regular, Julius calendar-abiding system. Still. A pity.
